While the bathrooms were clean, the furniture and electronics desperately need updating. The bed was quite uncomfortable, and the fridge made unsettling noises. Despite these issues, the location worked for a short family getaway, but it could definitely benefit from a good renovation.

I checked into the Super 8 in Chandler and had a decent experience, but it wasn’t without issues. The staff at check-in was extremely friendly and made me feel welcome. The lobby looked cozy and comfortable, a nice spot to relax. The bed in my Queen Room Two Queen Beds Non-Smoking felt cozy, perfect for a good night’s sleep after a long drive. However, I noticed the room cleanliness was lacking. The floor needed mopping, and there were stains that raised some concerns. The bathroom could use a thorough cleaning as well. some of the towels had odd marks. I hoped for a more sanitary environment overall. At times, service felt a bit unresponsive. I asked about extra toiletries, but it took longer than expected to receive them. There’s also no breakfast provided despite it being advertised online. The location was good, making it easy to access nearby attractions, but the inconsistencies with maintenance and cleanliness are things the hotel needs to address.
